AUGUSTA, Ga.-Tuesday, BYU junior punter Ryan Rekhow and Utah State senior punter Stephen Kotsanlee, were named among the Ray’s 8 performers during their performances last Saturday by the Ray Guy Award and the Augusta Sports Council.

In the Cougars’ 41-16 win over Southern Utah, Rekhow averaged 45 yards per punt on five punts.

In Utah State’s 78-28 win over Idaho State, Kotsanlee averaged 45.3 yards per punt on three punts.

Other punters honored included Alabama redshirt junior James Burnip, Boise State sophomore James Ferguson-Reynolds, Ohio State junior Jesse Mirco, Navy junior Riley Riethman, Texas senior Ryan Sanborn and Iowa senior Tory Taylor.
