(Salt Lake City, UT) — Northern Utah will see heavy snowstorms through much of the weekend. These storms are forecast to last until Sunday morning. Some mountain communities will get between one and three feet of snow. It’s good news for skiers, snowboarders and the resorts who depend on their business. It’ll also help with Utah’s water supply. After a slow start to the ski season, mountain resorts will now be able to ramp up operations and attract a lot more visitors.
