Region 8

SALEM, Utah-Andrea Sweat and Charly Cluff each homered twice and the Wasatch Wasps blitzed Salem Hills 13-4 in Region 8 softball play Thursday. Payge Armendariz posted 2 more RBI in the win for the Wasps and earned the win in the circle as well. Wasatch improved to 16-7 and 9-4 in Region 8 play with the win. The Wasps are third in Region 8 behind Spanish Fork and Springville.

This concludes the regular season for Wasatch softball. The 5-A softball bracket will be revealed May 12 at 9:00 am.
