SPRINGVILLE, Utah-Cole Zimmerman, Payton Swapp, Garrett Stauffer, Riley Davis, Cole Cloward and Cannon Bay all drove in runs and the Wasatch Wasps won their fifth straight game by doubling up Springville 8-4 Tuesday in Region 8 baseball play. Jackson Bolender earned the win on the mound for the Wasps. Kyle Snyder, Ryder Poulson, Naulivou Lauaki and Sawyer Hanks all drove in runs for the Red Devils in defeat.

HEBER CITY, Utah-Payge Armendariz homered and Andrea Sweat took the win in the circle as the Wasatch Wasps bested Maple Mountain 7-5 in Region 8 softball play Tuesday. Maclee McPhie added two more RBI in victory for the Wasps, who improved to 15-7 on the season. McKenna Cherrington drove in two runs in the loss for the Golden Eagles.

HEBER CITY, Utah-Tanner Wagstaff, Edgar Garcia and Tayler Dummar all score as the Wasatch Wasps blanked Salem Hills 3-0 Tuesday in Region 8 boys soccer play. Garcia, Josh Jeppson and Carter Davis all added assists in the win. Elder Gutierrez earned the shutout for the Wasps.
