OREM, Utah-The No. 4 Olympus Titans outlasted No. 12 Salem Hills 11-10 in the 5A championship bracket at UCCU Ballpark Wednesday. The Titans next advance to Friday’s 5A baseball finals at UCCU Ballpark to play at 4:30 pm. The Skyhawks’ season ends with the loss.

5A One-Loss Bracket @ UCCU Ballpark

OREM, Utah-Wyatt Hickman posted four RBI and the No. 12 Salem Hills Skyhawks outlasted No. 13 Wasatch 14-10 in the 5A one-loss bracket at UCCU Ballpark on the campus of Utah Valley University Wednesday. Zaylun Fenn added a home run for the Skyhawks, who exploded for 12 runs in the bottom of the 6th Inning to take the victory. Corbin Gull posted three strikeouts in 3.2 innings of work to record the win for the Skyhawks. Jack Bluth had a pair of RBI in the loss for the Wasps. Salem Hills next returns to action Wednesday at 4:30 pm against Olympus as they advance back into the championship bracket at UCCU Ballpark.

OREM, Utah-The No. 10 Bountiful Redhawks eliminated No. 9 Orem 8-6 with a victory in the one-loss bracket Wednesday at UCCU Ballpark. The Redhawks get another crack at No. 2 Lehi Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm as they return to the championship bracket at UCCU Ballpark.

5A Championship Bracket @ Cottonwood Complex

MILLCREEK, Utah-Peyton Hall drove in a pair of runs and the No. 1 Spanish Fork Dons eliminated No. 4 Bountiful with a 3-0 win over the Redhawks Wednesday at Cottonwood Complex in the 5A championship bracket. The Dons have advanced to Miller Park Friday at Brigham Young University for the state finals.

5A One-Loss Bracket @ Cottonwood Complex

MILLCREEK, Utah-Eva Stoddard drove in four runs and the No. 4 Bountiful Redhawks bested No. 5 Wasatch 9-4 Wednesday in the 5A one-loss bracket at Cottonwood Complex. Stoddard posted four strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Redhawks. Bountiful returns to action in moments as they battle No. 1 Spanish Fork. Bountiful would have to beat the Dons twice today to advance to the state finals Friday at Miller Park at Brigham Young University in Provo. The Wasps’ season is over.

MILLCREEK, Utah-The No. 6 Springville Red Devils overpowered No. 3 Uintah 9-3 in the 5A one-loss bracket Wednesday at Cottonwood Complex. The Red Devils will play No. 7 Lehi later Wednesday at Cottonwood Complex.

5A State Championship @ Rio Tinto Stadium

SANDY, Utah-The No. 2 Alta Hawks dismantled No. 5 Lehi 3-1 Saturday in the 5A state championship match at Rio Tinto Stadium Wednesday. This is the Hawks’ 9th all-time state championship in boys soccer. Alta has now won state championships in 1990, 1992, 1997, 2006, 2011, 2015, 2017 and 2018.

5A Semifinals @ Westminster College

SALT LAKE CITY-Charlie Droitsch posted four goals and the No. 1 Olympus Titans dismantled No. 4 Alta 12-5 Wednesday in the 5A semifinals at Westminster College. The Titans will play No. 2 Park City for a state championship Thursday at 5:00 pm at Zions Bank Stadium of Herriman.

SALT LAKE CITY-The No. 2 Park City Miners routed No. 3 Bountiful 20-3 in the 5A semifinals at Westminster College Wednesday.
