HEBER CITY, Utah-The No. 5 Wasatch Wasps concluded their home season with a 15-5 win over No. 12 Payson Thursday at Wright-Tree Stadium in the second round of the 5A boys lacrosse playoffs. The Wasps next visit No. 4 Northridge Saturday at 1:00 pm in the state quarterfinals.
LAYTON, Utah-The No. 4 Northridge Knights edged No. 13 Box Elder 11-10 in the second round of the 5A boys lacrosse playoffs Thursday.
EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah-The No. 9 Maple Mountain Golden Eagles upset No. 8 Cedar Valley 8-5 Thursday in the second round of the 5A boys lacrosse playoffs. Maple Mountain next visits No. 1 Olympus Saturday at 4:00 pm in the state quarterfinals.
SANDY, Utah-Berkley Horoba posted six goals and the No. 6 Alta Hawks routed No. 11 East 17-2 in the second round of the 5A boys lacrosse playoffs Thursday. Nicholas Pavoni and Kendell Duran each scored in the loss for the Leopards. Alta next visits No. 3 Park City Saturday at 1:00 pm in the state quarterfinals.
PARK CITY, The No. 3 Park City Miners routed No. 19 Bonneville 15-1 Thursday in the second round of the 5A boys lacrosse playoffs.
BOUNTIFUL, Utah-Carter Terry scored five goals and the No. 7 Bountiful RedHawks dismantled No. 10 Timpview 15-6 Thursday in the second round of the 5A boys lacrosse playoffs. Bountiful next visits No. 2 Brighton in the state quarterfinals Saturday at 1:00 pm.
COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, Utah-The No. 2 Brighton Bengals smacked No. 15 Highland 12-3 in the second round of the 5A boys lacrosse playoffs Thursday.
HOLLADAY, Utah-The No. 1 Olympus Titans pummeled No. 16 Skyline 17-2 in the second round of the 5A boys lacrosse playoffs Thursday. The Titans next host No. 9 Maple Mountain Saturday at 4:00 pm in the state quarterfinals.

Megan Davies and Lucy Bizek scored two goals apiece in defeat for the Hawks. The Wasps, who concluded their home season, next visit No. 2 Lehi Saturday at 1:00 pm in the state quarterfinals.
LEHI, Utah-Karli Fiedler and Ginger Hale scored 4 goals apiece and the No. 2 Lehi Pioneers got past No. 18 Bonneville 11-6 Thursday in the second round of the 5A girls lacrosse playoffs. Taylor Burd and Ashley Tesch had 2 goals apiece in the loss for the Lakers.
SALT LAKE CITY-The No. 9 Provo Bulldogs upset No. 8 Skyline 14-9 Thursday in the second round of the 5A girls lacrosse playoffs. Provo next visits No. 20 Olympus Saturday at 1:00 pm in the state quarterfinals.

COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, Utah-Braxton Biesinger and Riley Brown each homered and the No. 8 Brighton Bengal blanked No. 9 Stansbury 10-0 Thursday in the first game of the 5A baseball super regionals.
HOLLADAY, Utah-The No. 1 Olympus Titans routed No. 17 Woods Cross 17-6 Thursday in the first game of the 5A baseball super regionals. Beau Blackwell drove in two runs in the loss for the Wildcats.
OREM, Utah-The No. 7 Orem Tigers edged No. 10 Maple Mountain 6-5 in the first game of the 5A baseball super regionals Thursday. Cy Chrisman homered in defeat for the Golden Eagles.
SALEM, Utah-Kam Coburn drove in two runs and the No. 3 Salem Hills Skyhawks edged No. 14 Spanish Fork 3-2 Thursday in the first game of the 5A baseball super regionals. Walker Evans and Ian Abplanalp each drove in a run in defeat for the Dons.
OREM, Utah-Tate MacGillivray drove in two runs and the No. 2 Timpanogos Timberwolves smacked No. 18 Uintah 6-1 in the first game of the 5A baseball super regionals Thursday. Jaron Colton drove in a run in defeat for the Utes. Billy Bird posted 11 strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Timberwolves.
SANDY, Utah-Noah Gatti and Boston Williams homered and the No.6 Jordan Beetdiggers downed No. 11 Murray 11-4 Thursday in the first game of the 5A baseball super regionals. Evan Atkinson posted three strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Beetdiggers. Vaughn Wilson drove in a run in defeat for the Spartans.
BOUNTIFUL, Utah-Braxton Brenenstall homered and the No. 5 Viewmont Vikings blanked No. 12 Payson 10-0 in the first game of the 5A baseball super regionals Thursday. Cal Miller posted 12 strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Vikings.

SPANISH FORK, Utah-Jade Romero homered twice and the No. 1 Spanish Fork Dons blanked No. 19 Maple Mountain 11-0 Thursday in the first game of the 5A super regionals. Avery Sapp posted two strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Dons.
BOUNTIFUL, Utah-Ella Miller homered and the No. 2 Bountiful RedHawks bested No. 18 Timpanogos 17-3 in the first game of the 5A super regionals Thursday. Miller recorded 15 strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for Bountiful. Kelci Gingras drove in two runs in the loss for the Timberwolves.
TOOELE, Utah-Sadie Baker drove in four runs and the No. 8 Tooele Buffaloes downed No. 9 Timpview 7-3 Thursday in the first game of the 5A super regionals. Aubrie Hansen posted 15 strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Buffaloes. Abigail Hansen drove in two runs in defeat for the Thunderbirds.

SPRINGVILLE, Utah-Ryann Haveron drove in two runs and the No. 4 Springville Red Devils downed No. 13 Payson 4-0 Thursday in the first game of the 5A super regionals.
BRIGHAM CITY, Utah-Mylee Pedersen drove in three runs and the No. 15 Bonneville Lakers waxed No. 3 Box Elder 12-7 in the first game of the 5A super regionals Thursday. Chandlyr Noble posted four strikeouts in 3.2 innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Lakers. Sydney Stokes and Stevie Checketts drove in two runs apiece in the loss for the Bees.
HOLLADAY, Utah-Adison Comer homered and the No. 5 Olympus Titans edged No. 12 Orem 2-1 Thursday in the first game of the 5A super regionals. Charlie Turner netted 13 strikeouts in eight innings of work to earn the win in the circle for Olympus. Taylor Ramage drove in a run in the loss for the Tigers.
VERNAL, Utah-Abby Rumio homered and the No. 6 Uintah Utes routed No. 11 Stansbury 15-5 in the first game of the 5A super regionals Thursday.
