LEHI, Utah-The No. 21 Payson Lions upset No. 12 Lehi 7-5 Tuesday in the first round of the 5A state boys lacrosse playoffs. The Lions next visit No. 5 Wasatch Thursday at 1:00 pm to accommodate Wasatch High School graduation later that evening.
