STANSBURY PARK, Utah-Chett Wilson homered and Max Walker and Gage Schiess also added RBI but it wasn’t enough as the No. 24 Wasatch Wasps fell to No. 9 Stansbury 6-5 in 8 innings , concluding Wasatch’s season. The Stallions next advance to play No. 8 Brighton Thursday at 4:00 pm in the super regionals.

STANSBURY PARK, Utah-Max Walker drove in two runs while Cole Zimmerman, Chett Wilson and Crew Erickson also added key RBI as the No. 24 Wasatch Wasps staved off elimination with a 6-4 win over No. 9 Stansbury. Game 3 is slated for 3:40 pm on 94.5 The Peak and hebervalleyradio.com. Brandon Bastian drove in two runs for the Stallions in the loss.

MURRAY, Utah-John Pipe drove in three runs and the No. 13 Cottonwood Colts edged No. 20 Alta 6-5 Monday to advance past this 5A super regional. Cottonwood next visits No. 4 Lehi Thursday at 4:00 pm in the super regionals. Austin Carver posted two strikeouts to earn the win on the mound for the Colts.  Logan Moeller drove in two runs in the loss for the Hawks.

MURRAY, Utah-The No. 13 Cottonwood Colts forced a third game in their 5A regional with a 13-2 rout of No. 20 Alta Monday. Logan Thayne and Bentley Crook each drove in a run for the Hawks in the loss.

PARK CITY, Utah-Walker Evans homered and the No. 19 Spanish Fork Dons downed No. 14 Park City 3-1 Monday to advance from the super regionals. The Dons next visit No. 3 Salem Hills Thursday at 4:00 pm in the super regionals. Braxton Lyon drove in a run in the loss for the Miners.

MURRAY, Utah-Easton Floyd homered and the No. 11 Murray Spartans swept No. 22 Cedar Valley with a 10-0 win Monday to conclude this 5A regional series. Diego Carrillo posted seven strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Spartans. Murray next visits No. 6 Jordan in the super regionals Thursday at 4:00 pm.

SPANISH FORK, Utah-The No. 10 Maple Mountain Golden Eagles blanked No. 23 Springville 7-0 Monday to advance past this 5A regional Monday. The Golden Eagles next visit No. 7 Orem Thursday at 4:00 pm in the super regionals.

SPANISH FORK, Utah-Junior Lauaki homered and the No. 23 Springville Red Devils downed No. 10 Maple Mountain 3-1 Monday to force a third game in this 5A regional series. Lauaki posted 13 strikeouts in 5.2 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Red Devils.

BRIGHAM CITY, Utah-Beckham Stanger homered and the No. 17 Woods Cross Wildcats downed No. 16 Box Elder 7-5 to advance out of this 5A regional Monday. Woods Cross next visits No. 1 Olympus Thursday at 4:00 pm in the super regionals.

BRIGHAM CITY, Utah-The No. 16 Box Elder Bees forced a Game 3 Monday with a 7-5 win over No. 17 Woods Cross in their 5A regional. Kason Lythgoe, Cole Smith, Stetson Chritchley, Max Moffat and Beckham Stanger each drove in a run in the loss for the Wildcats.

PAYSON, Utah-Maddox Jarvis homered twice and the No. 12 Payson Lions pounded No. 21 Provo 13-0 to advance to the 5A super regionals Monday. Payson next visits No. 5 Viewmont Thursday at 4:00 pm in the super regionals.

PAYSON, Utah-The No. 21 Provo Bulldogs pounded No. 12 Payson 13-2 Monday to force a Game 3 in this 5A regional. Bryce Marvin drove in a run in defeat for the Lions.

BOUNTIFUL, Utah-Brennen Kunkel homered and the No. 18 Uintah Hawks bested No. 15 Bountiful 12-4 to win this 5A regional Monday. Uintah next visits No. 2 Timpanogos Thursday at 4:00 pm in the super regionals. Derrick Hardy’s three strikeouts earned him the win on the mound for the Utes. Dallin Maxwell drove in a pair of runs for the RedHawks in defeat.

BOUNTIFUL, Utah-Brennen Kunkel drove in a pair of runs and the No. 18 Uintah Hawks downed No. 15 Bountiful 6-4 Monday, forcing a Game 3 in this 5A regional. Jefferson Duryea drove in two runs in the loss for the RedHawks.

STANSBURY PARK, Utah-Savannah Merritt drove in two runs and the No. 11 Stansbury Stallions downed No. 22 Wasatch 3-1 Monday, ending the Wasps’ season as this 5A regional concluded. Brylee Smith drove in a run in defeat for the Wasps. The Stallions next visit No. 6 Uintah Thursday at 4:00 pm in the super regionals.

OREM, Utah-Hannah Maylett drove in four runs and the No. 12 Orem Tigers pounded No. 21 Brighton 10-0 Monday to conclude this 5A regional. Alli Mickelsen posted nine strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Tigers. Orem next visits No. 3 Box Elder Thursday at 4:00 pm in the super regionals.

EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah-Gracie Jensen homered and the No. 19 Maple Mountain Golden Eagles drilled No. 14 Cedar Valley 14-2 Monday to sweep this 5A regional. Lauren Hunsaker drove in a run in defeat for the Aviators. Maple Mountain next visits No. 5 Olympus Thursday at 4:00 pm in the super regionals.

OREM, Utah-The No. 16 Timpanogos Timberwolves ended No. 17 Skyline’s season with a 17-7 win over the Eagles to sweep this 5A regional Monday. Claire Carter drove in three runs in the loss for the Eagles. The Timberwolves next visit No. 1 Spanish Fork Thursday at 4:00 pm in the super regionals.

WASHINGTON TERRACE, Utah-Peighton Summers drove in six runs and the No. 15 Bonneville Lakers swept No. 18 Murray 14-3 to conclude this 5A regional Monday. Emmaline DeGroot posted three strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Lakers. Bonneville next advances to visit No. 8 Tooele Thursday at 4:00 pm in the super regionals.

SALEM, Utah-Rilyne Keck homered twice and the No. 10 Salem Hills Skyhawks swept No. 23 Hillcrest with a 10-0 win Monday to conclude this 5A regional. The Skyhawks next advance to visit No. 7 Lehi Thursday at 4:00 pm in the super regionals. Brooklyn Hansen posted 5 strikeouts in 5 innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Skyhawks.

PROVO, Utah-Hannah Francis homered and the No. 9 Timpview Thunderbirds downed No. 24 Mountain View 11-7 to sweep this 5A regional series. Timpview  next visits No. 2 Bountiful Thursday at 4:00 pm in the super regionals. Abigail Hansen’s 9 strikeouts in 7 innings of work earned her the win in the circle for the Thunderbirds. Taylor Lewis-Balzarini homered in the loss for the Bruins.

PAYSON, Utah-Averie Roundy homered twice and the No. 13 Payson Lions routed No. 20 Northridge 11-3 Monday to advance to the super regionals. Payson next visits No. 4 Springville Thursday at 4:00 pm. Mahalia Buys posted three strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Lions. Kaylee Sherreffs and Anairi Fonoti-makui each drove in a run for the Knights in the loss.

PAYSON, Utah-Kaylee Sherreffs and Amaya Porter each homered and the No. 20 Northridge Knights  blanked No. 13 Payson 8-0 Monday to force a third game in the 5A regional.
