HEBER CITY, Utah-Riley Davis stepped up with 3 RBI as the Wasatch Wasps blasted Payson 10-0 Tuesday in Region 8 baseball play. Cole Zimmerman added 2 more RBI in victory for Wasatch. Chett Wilson, Peyton Swapp, Garrett Stauffer and Cannon Bay added RBI in the win for the Wasps. Jackson Bolender earned the win on the mound for Wasatch.

Region 8

PAYSON, Utah-Andrea Sweat and Charly Cluff each went yard as the Wasatch Wasps hammered Payson 14-0 in Region 8 softball play Tuesday. Makaylin Sulser, Kendyl Purdy, Maclee McPhie and Brylee Bigelow also drove in RBI for the Wasps in victory. Payge Armendariz took the win in the circle for Wasatch.

Boys Soccer

Region 8

PAYSON, Utah-Edgar Garcia scored twice and the Wasatch Wasps routed Payson 7-1 Tuesday in Region 8 boys soccer action. Gilberto Vargas, Gabe Manning, Josh Jeppson, Ryan Hanley and Tayler Dummar also found the net in victory for Wasatch. Victor Villatoro scored in the loss for the Lions.
