Southern Utah Spring Kickoff

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Payton Swapp and Cole Zimmerma had an RBI apiece and the Wasatch Wasps doubled up Pine View 6-3 Friday at the Southern Utah Spring Kickoff at Pine View High School. Chett Wilson posted two hits for the Wasps in victory. Jackson Bolender netted 10 strikeouts and pitched 7 innings in the victory for Wasatch.

HURRICANE, Utah-Cole Cloward and Cole Zimmerman each belted a pair of hits and the Wasatch Wasps got past Hurricane 7-6 at the Southern Utah Spring Kickoff Friday at Hurricane High School. Cesar Munoz posted 5 strikeouts in victory for the Wasps.

Wasatch continues in this tournament Saturday at 10:00 am against the Logan Grizzlies.
