Tyler Robinson is accused of fatally shooting conservative activist Charlie Kirk at a Utah college last year. Robinson’s attorneys argued media coverage could prejudice potential jurors and sought to ban recording devices from the courtroom. However, local news organizations and Kirk’s widow pushed for cameras to remain allowed. A trial date has not yet been scheduled.
