HEBER CITY, Utah-Sam Lind posted 21 points and 9 rebounds as the Wasatch Wasps bested Provo 77-71 Tuesday in Region 9 boys basketball play at The Nest. This win breaks the Wasps’ 12-game losing streak as they improved to 4-16 and 1-6 in Region 9 play. The Wasps hope to continue their success Friday as they visit Region 9 leader Springville. Join Ty & Ty for all the action Friday with Crossing the T’s prior to tipoff at 6:00 pm on 94.5 The Peak. Dallyn McUne’s 30 points led the Bulldogs in the loss.

HEBER CITY, Utah-Rachel Fale recorded 20 points, including six 3-pointers, and the Provo Bulldogs downed Wasatch 44-39 in Region 9 girls basketball play Tuesday at The Nest. Ashley Garner’s 14 points led the Wasps in defeat.
