LOGAN, Utah-Saturday, Utah State men’s basketball junior guard Max Shulga will play for the Ukrainian squad during the FIBA U20 European Championships. The tournament will run from July 16-July 24.

Shulga, a native of Kiev, Ukraine, averaged 4.8 points and 2.1 rebounds for the Aggies last season.

Shulga and his Ukrainian teammates commence their tournament in pool play Saturday against the Czech Republic.
