ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.-Taylor Motter and Greg Bird homered and the Albuquerque Isotopes slammed Salt Lake 10-4 in Triple A-West play at Rio Grande Credit Union Field at Isotopes Park Friday.

Brandon Gold earned the win on the mound for the Isotopes, improving to 3-6 on the season.

Jo Adell and Preston Palmeiro homered in the loss for the Bees, who fell to 35-39. Albuquerque improved to 32-41 on the season.

The Bees and Isotopes meet again Saturday at 6:35 pm.

Pioneer League

OGDEN, Utah-Calvin Estrada homered and the Ogden Raptors edged Great Falls 5-4 Friday at Lindquist Field in Pioneer League play.

Mark Mixon earned the win on the mound for Ogden as the Raptors improved to 34-26 on the season.

Ben Norman had 3 RBI in defeat for the Voyagers, who fell to 22-38 i defeat.

The Raptors and Voyagers meet again Saturday at 7:00 pm at Lindquist Field.
