TACOMA, Wash.-The Salt Lake Bees used a productive 5th Inning to outlast Tacoma 3-2 Thursday in the first game of a Triple A-West doubleheader at Cheney Stadium.
The Bees rallied from a 2-0 deficit in the 5th by virtue of a Gavin Cecchini score on a wild pitch and a 2-run RBI triple from Jo Adell.
Jaime Berria earned the win on the mound for the Bees, who improved to 31-30 on the season.
Jose Marmolejos and Jose Godoy homered in defeat for the Rainiers, who fell to 31-28.
TACOMA, Wash.-Jake Hager homered twice and the Tacoma Rainiers downed Salt Lake 3-1 to earn a doubleheader split Thursday at Cheney Stadium. Vinny Nittoli earned the win on the mound for Tacoma, improving to 32-28 on the season. Anthony Benboom had an RBI in the loss for the Bees, dropping them to 30-31.

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho-Webb Little, Kona Quiggle and Hunter Hisky each homered as the Idaho Falls Chukars pounded Ogden 18-3 Thursday at Melaleuca Field in Pioneer League play.
Nick Floyd scattered four hits over six innings to pick up the win on the mound for the Chukars, who improved to 33-14 on the season.
Pavin Parks homered in defeat for the Raptors, who fell to 29-18 on the season.
The Raptors and Chukars meet again at Melaleuca Field Friday for a 7:15 pm opening pitch.
