Triple A-West

SALT LAKE CITY-Jo Adell scored on a bases-loaded walk and the Salt Lake Bees bested the Las Vegas Aviators 10-9 Saturday at Smith’s Ballpark in Triple A-West play.

Jose Rojas also hit a pair of homers and added an RBI double for the Bees, who improved to 20-24 on the season.

Jack Mayfield added a pair of home runs for the Bees and an RBI single in the victory.

Austin Allen homered in the loss for the Aviators, who fell to 22-23 in defeat.

The Aviators and Bees next meet Sunday at 1:05 pm at Smith’s Ballpark.

Pioneer League

MISSOULA, Mont.-Frankie Jezioro homered and the Ogden Raptors outlasted the Missoula Paddleheads 12-11 Saturday at Ogren Park at Allegiance Field in Pioneer League play.

Raul Shah had a game-high 3 RBI for the Raptors and Mark Mixon earned the win on the mound for 22-9 Ogden.

Nick Gatewood and Jose Reyes each homered in the loss for the 21-10 Paddleheads.

Ogden and Missoula meet again Sunday at 5:05 pm at Ogren Park At Allegiance Field.
