LOS ANGELES-Friday, Utah football will be represented at Pac-12 media day by head coach Kyle Whittingham, junior quarterback Cameron Rising and sophomore safety Clark Phillips III.
The Utes, the defending Pac-12 champions, return 17 starters from last season’s squad.
Whittingham will speak at 9:45 am MDT Friday morning.
The Utes received 26 first place votes in the conference preseason poll released Thursday.

The Utes will commence fall camp August 3. Their first game is September 3 at Florida.
