CEDAR CITY, Utah-Thursday, Southern Utah University football announced a six-game series with Weber State to commence with the 2026 season.

With the Thunderbirds departing from the Big Sky Conference July 1, SUU and Weber State will no longer be conference brethren.

The T-Birds will host the Wildcats in 2026 and 2027. Between 2027 and 2031, locations for the games will rotate between Ogden and Cedar City.

The Wildcats currently lead the T-Birds 21-8 (.724) on the gridiron.
