Springville, Mountain View Wins 5A Cross Country Championships Tuesday

ROSE PARK, Utah-Tuesday, Wasatch High School competed at the 5A boys and girls cross country championships at the Regional Athletic Complex at Rose Park.

The 5A girls state title was won by Springville. The Red Devils have won six all-time titles in cross country: 1993, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. The Wasatch girls finished 11th with a score of 304.

Mountain View won the boys title which is the Bruins’ 17th all-time state title in cross country. Mountain View has won boys cross country state championships in 1988, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2009, 2011, 2021 and 2022.
