SALT LAKE CITY-Heliot Ramos homered and added an RBI double as the Sacramento River Cats outgunned Salt Lake 17-10 Thursday in Pacific Coast League play at Smith’s Ballpark.

The proficient River Cats recorded 21 hits on the evening in the win.

Matt Carasiti earned the win on the mound for Sacramento to improve to 3-1 on the season.

Jose Rojas homered in the loss for the Bees, who fell to 37-44.

Sacramento improved to 35-46 on the season in victory.

The Bees and River Cats return to action Friday at 6:35 pm at Smith’s Ballpark.
