TACOMA, Wash.-Jantzen Witte homered and singled and the Tacoma Rainiers blanked Salt Lake 4-0 Wednesday at Cheney Stadium in Triple A-West play.

Jose Godoy added an RBI double for the Rainiers, as Tacoma improved to 76-50 on the season with the victory.

Robert Dugger improved to 4-5 on the season with the win for Tacoma.

The Bees fell to 53-72 with the loss.

The Bees and Rainiers meet agai at Cheney Stadium Thursday for an 8:05 pm opening pitch.
