Triple A-West

TACOMA, Wash.-Jo Adell homered twice, his 13th and 14th home runs of the season, and the Salt Lake Bees routed Tacoma 8-2 Friday at Cheney Stadium in Triple A-West play. The Bees also received home runs from Michael Stefanic, Scott Schebler and Drew Butera as they improved to 11-15 on the season in winning their second consecutive game. Jake Gatewood added an RBI single for the Bees. Jake Faria earned the win on the mound for Salt Lake, improving to 2-1 on the season. Luis Torrens homered in the loss for the Rainiers, as they fell to 13-13. The Bees and the Rainiers meet again at Cheney Stadium Saturday at 6:05 MDT.

Pioneer League

OGDEN, Utah-Pavin Parks homered and posted 8 RBI overall as the Ogden Raptors overpowered Grand Junction 20-13 Friday at Lindquist Field in Pioneer League baseball play. Jakob Goldfarb also homered in the victory for Ogden as the Raptors improved to 11-1 on the season.

Tate Budnick earned the win on the mound for Ogden.

Vinny Esposito and Cody Clark each homered in the loss for the Rockies, as they fell to 5-7 on the season.

Grand Junction and Ogden next meet Saturday at 7:00 pm at Lindquist Field.
