Triple A-West

SACRAMENTO, Calif.-Jack Mayfield and Matt Thiass each homered as the Salt Lake Bees dismantled the Sacramento River Cats 3-1 at Sutter Health Park Saturday in Triple A-West play.

Jake Gatewood added a 4th Inning RBI groundout for the 17-21 Bees. Jose Quijada improved to 1-1 on the season for the Bees by earning the win on the mound. Alex Dickerson homered in the loss for Sacramento. The River Cats fell to 15-23 with the loss.

Pioneer League

OGDEN, Utah-Wladimir Galindo homered and the Boise Hawks trounced Ogden 11-3 Saturday at Lindquist Field in Pioneer League play.

Mitch Lines earned the win on the mound for the Hawks, who improved to 8-17 on the season with the win.

Jakob Goldfarb, David Maberry and Raul Shah all had RBI in defeat for the Raptors, who fell to 19-6.
