EL PASO, Texas-Brandon Dixon homered twice and the El Paso Chihuahuas outgunned Salt Lake 17-13 Tuesday at Southwest University Park in Pacific Coast League play.

Jantzen White also homered in victory for El Paso as the Chihuahuas improved to 8-14 on the season.

Aaron Brooks posted two strikeouts in one inning of work to earn the win on the mound for El Paso.

Taylor Jones and Jared Oliva homered in the loss for the Bees.

El Paso improved to 8-14 on the season while the Bees fell to 9-13.

The Bees and Chihuahuas return to action Wednesday for a 6:35 pm opening pitch.
