SALT LAKE CITY-Trenton Brooks belted a grand slam and the Las Vegas Aviators overpowered Salt Lake 22-10 Tuesday at Smith’s Ballpark.

Zack Gelof homered twice for the Aviators while Kevin Smith and Yohel Pozo also homered for Las Vegas.

Joe Wieland improved to 3-2 on the season while earning the win on the mound for Las Vegas.

Jordyn Adams and Jared Oliva homered in the loss for the Bees as they fell to 17-24. Las Vegas improved to 20-21 on the season in victory.

The Bees and Aviators meet again Thursday at 11:05 am at Smith’s Ballpark.
