HEBER CITY, Utah-Thursday night, UDOT reported a crash on westbound US 40 at milepost 33 12 miles south of Heber City at 10:55 pm.

This was caused by snow, which is expected to stay at least at the “moderate” level through 12:45 am, which is the estimated clearance time.
