SALT LAKE CITY-Tuesday, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints confirmed the Winnipeg Manitoba Temple will open to Phase 3 following its dedication October 31.

Under the Church’s reopening protocol, Phase 3 consists of being open for all ordinances only with restrictions.

The Salt Lake City-based faith confirmed ordinances can commence as swiftly as November 12.
