Temple News For The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

SALT LAKE CITY-Monday, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced the open house for its temple at Moses Lake, Wash. and a rendering for the temple at Cody, Wyo.

The public house for the temple at Moses Lake runs from August 4-19 with the exception of Sundays.

This temple will be dedicated Sunday September 17 by Elder Quentin L. Cook of the Quorum of Twelve Apostles.

Before the public house, there will be a media day July 31. Invited guests will tour the temple from August 1-3.

A new meetinghouse for the Church has also been built close to the Moses Lake Temple.

The Cody Wyoming Temple is to be a single-story structure consisting of 9,950 square feet.

Upon its completion, there will be three temples in Wyoming. There is a dedicated temple at Star Valley and one under construction at Casper.
