524,000 Utahns have been vaccinated per Sunday’s report. This is an increase of 11,811 in the past 24 hours.
363,786 Utahns (69.4 percent) have received one dose.
160,214 Utahns (30.6 percent) have received the recommended two doses.
5,813 Wasatch County residents have been vaccinated. This is an increase of 9 from Saturday’s report.
4,213 Wasatch County residents (72.5 percent) have received one dose.
1,600 Wasatch County residents (27.5 percent) have obtained both doses.
For the 19th straight day, Utah set a new state record (92.5; 92.503 percent) for recovery percentage (334,210-361,294) Sunday.
7 [7.02 percent] of covid-19 cases statewide (25,299-361,294) are active cases.
In the past 24 hours, new recoveries (1,508) exceeded new active cases (-793) and new net recorded cases (710).
There are 308,911 more recoveries than active cases statewide.
Of the 14,189 all-time hospitalizations for covid-19 in Utah, 278 are currently hospitalized or 1.96 [1.959] percent.
Of the 278, 111 are in ICU or 39.9 percent of ICU occupancy statewide.
77.1 percent of ICU beds are occupied statewide and 80.9 percent of ICU referral center beds.
1,794 deaths have been attributed to covid-19 statewide (this includes deaths that are considered both “from” and “with” covid) or 0.5 [0.4965] percent.
Wasatch County School District has 19 active cases out of 681 all-time cases or 2.8 percent.
Wasatch County has 4,216 all-time cases, 95 all-time hospitalizations and 19 all-time deaths attributed to the virus.
