SALT LAKE CITY-As The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints confirmed Tuesday, 10 more temples throughout the world, primarily in the western United States, opened to Phase 3 June 14.
Phase 3 consists of being open for all ordinances only with restrictions.
Among these temples is the Provo Temple, which means Heber Valley-based members of the Church can now make online reservations to attend this temple as they live in the Provo Temple district.
Latter-day Saints in the Heber Valley are encouraged to check their email for information prompting them to do this.
The other 9 temples throughout the Church who have obtained this status include the following:
-Albuquerque New Mexico Temple
-Bountiful Utah Temple
-Cedar City Utah Temple
-Dallas Texas Temple
-Las Vegas Nevada Temple
-Logan Utah Temple
-Provo City Center Temple
-San Antonio Texas Temple
-Twin Falls Idaho Temple
Furthermore, as of June 21, the following temples have obtained 2-B status. Phase 2-B consists of being open for all living ordinances and baptisms for deceased individuals with restrctions.
-Ciudad Juarez Mexico Temple
-Colonia Juarez Mexico Temple
-Detroit Michigan Temple
-Fort Lauderdale Florida Temple
-Freiberg Germany Temple
-Lima Peru Temple
-Manhattan New York Temple
-Orlando Florida Temple
-St. Paul Minnesota Temple
-Villahermosa Mexico Temple
