HEBER CITY, Utah-Wednesday, the Heber City Police Department released its shift report for December 13.

Case #2212-0595/Parking Problem: Parking problem on Old Mill Road because of vehicles parked on the street violating municipal code for snow removal. Warnings were extended reminding citizens of code enforcement.

Case #2212-0597/PD Traffic Accident: traffic accident investigation at 400 East and 1200 South, Heber City

Case #2212-0609/Traffic Hazard: Complainant reported her neighbor’s property management company had been removing snow from their driveway on Callaway Drive and onto the street, making a traffic hazard.

Case #2212-0631/Alcohol Offense: following a traffic stop at 300 N. Main, the driver was cited for having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle

Case #2212-0636/DUI: following a traffic stop at Mac’s Motel, 670 S. Main, Heber City, the driver was arrested for DUI (subsequent offense), violation of alcohol restriction, driving without an ignition interlock and driving on a revoked license (subsequent offense).
