HEBER CITY, Utah-Friday, the Heber City Police Department released its shift report for November 24:

Case #2211/0069-Fire officers responded to a kitchen stove on fire at 200 West and 300 South, Heber City

Case #2211-0884: Citizen assist complainant reported concern for his niece and children because of possible abuse from her boyfriend

Case #2211-1083: Welfare Check Report of a woman attempting to wave cars down by Betty’s Café, 1320 S. Daniels Road, Heber City

Case #2211-1085: DUI following a traffic stop at 100 E. Center, Heber City. The driver was arrested for DUI, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, an open container of alcohol and never obtaining a license. Two other passengers were cited for having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Case #2211-1089/Drugs: following a traffic stop at 7-Eleven, the driver was cited for having an open container of alcohol and drug paraphernalia.
