HEBER CITY, Utah-Thursday, the Heber City Police Department released its September 28 shift report.
Case 2209-1574/Citizen Assist Officer observed a woman crying and standing next to a vehicle that appeared to be broken down on the east side of Main Street near 1200 South. The woman stated her rear wheel came off. Wasatch County Sheriff Jared Rigby went to Autozone, 805 S. Main, Heber City, and purchased some wheel lug nuts. Once the wheel was back on and secured, the woman was able to continue to her destination.
Case 2209-1572/suspicious report of individuals in the area of 1300 South and 100 East, Heber City selling Kirby vacuums without a permit.
Case 2209-1590/Abandoned vehicle officers reported to what appeared to be an abandoned vehicle at 100 West and 200 South, Heber City. They found a note that stated “please don’t stow my vehicle. I am returning Thursday and will move it then.” Officers attempted to contact the registered owner of the vehicle but left a voicemail informing the owner to move the vehicle within 48 hours or it will be towed.
Case 2209-1583/PD Traffic accident traffic accident investigation at 600 West and 400 North, Heber City
Case 2209-1584/public nuisance complainant reported her neighbor excessive watering and having excess water come on to her property, flooding her basement.
Case 2209-1592/Suspicious complainant reported he was approached by a white SUV and asked if he wanted to buy some drugs
Case 2209-1602/Criminal mischief complainant reported her fence had been spray painted with graffiti
Case 2209-1606/PD Traffic Accident investigation at Arby’s, 1245 S. Main, Heber City
Case 2209-1618/Drugs. Following a traffic stop at 750 N. Main, Heber City, the driver was cited for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and an open container.
