HEBER CITY, Utah-The Heber City Police department released its police shift report for September 22 Friday morning:

2209-1223/Theft Complainant reported the theft of his paint sprayer out of the back of his jeep from 333 E. Airport Road

2209-1224/PD Traffic Accident accident investigation at 1590 S. US 40, Heber City

2209-1236/Fraud Complainant reported a telephone fraud incident

2209-1266/Suspicious officer responded to Smith’s parking lot (550 N. Main, Heber City) on a suspicious vehicle which turned out to be the suspect vehicle in a hit and run investigation. The driver was subsequently arrested for hit and run, DUI and an active warrant.

2209-1270/DUI following a traffic stop at 800 S. Main, Heber City. The driver was arrested for DUI and an active warrant.

2209-1278/Agency Assist Officers located two runaway juveniles and turned them over to BYU Police authorities as the incident originated there.

2209-1282/Citizen Dispute Officers responded to 500 South and 800 East, Heber City, on an argument concerning a male’s new and ex-girlfriend.
