HEBER CITY, Utah-This upcoming Saturday, June 16, Wasatch Aquatic Center will bring floga back to their repertoire. The initial flog class at the aquatic center this year occurs at 9:00 am that morning. This is yoga that adds elements of water exercise. The public is invited to attend.
