BRIGHAM CITY, Utah-The No. 9 Box Elder Bees clobbered No. 24 West 25-0 Tuesday in the first round of the 5A state boys lacrosse playoffs in Quadrant 1 play. SALT LAKE CITY-The No. 13 Highland Rams routed No. 20 Bonneville 17-3 in the first round of the 5A state boys lacrosse playoffs in Quadrant 2 play Tuesday. The Rams next visit No. 4 Roy in the second round of the state playoffs Thursday at 4:00 pm.
SPANISH FORK, Utah-The No. 21 Cedar Valley Aviators upset No. 12 Spanish Fork 10-9 Tuesday in the first round of the 5A state playoffs Tuesday in Quadrant 2 play. The Aviators next visit No. 5 Northridge Thursday at 4:00 pm in the second round of the state playoffs.

BOUNTIFUL, Utah-The No. 10 Bountiful RedHawks steamrolled No. 23 Clearfield 24-1 Tuesday in the first round of the 5A state boys lacrosse playoffs in Quadrant 3 play. Bountiful next visits No. 7 Alta Thursday at 4:00 pm in the second round of the state playoffs.

SALT LAKE CITY-Patrick McNally scored six goals and the No. 14 Skyline Eagles downed No. 19 West Jordan 10-8 in Quadrant 4 of the first round of the 5A state boys lacrosse playoffs Tuesday. The Eagles next visit No. 3 Park City Thursday at 4:00 pm in the second round of the state playoffs.
SPANISH FORK, Utah-The No. 11 Maple Mountain Golden Eagles downed No. 15 Springville 15-3 Tuesday in the first round of the 5A state boys lacrosse playoffs in Quadrant 4 play. The Golden Eagles next visit No. 6 East in the second round of the state playoffs Thursday at 4:00 pm.

WASHINGTON TERRACE, Utah-The No. 16 Bonneville Lakers edged No. 17 Clearfield 8-7 in the first round of the 5A state girls lacrosse playoffs in Tuesday Quadrant 1 play. The Lakers next visit No. 1 Olympus Thursday at 4:00 pm in the second round of the state playoffs.

BOUNTIFUL, Utah-The No. 12 Bountiful RedHawks dismantled No. 21 Spanish Fork 19-7 Tuesday in Quadrant 2 of the first round of the 5A state girls lacrosse playoffs. Bountiful next visits No. 5 Brighton Thursday at 4:00 pm.
Quadrant 3
SALT LAKE CITY-Grace Szwedko recorded 7 goals and the No. 10 Highland Rams battered No. 23 Roy 22-10 in the first round of the 5A state girls lacrosse playoffs Tuesday in Quadrant 3 play. The Rams next visit No. 7 Viewmont Thursday at 4:00 pm in the second round.
SANDY, Utah-The No. 15 Alta Hawks pummeled No. 18 Springville 20-6 in Quadrant 3 Tuesday in the first round of the 5A state girls lacrosse playoffs. Alta next visits No. 2 Park City Thursday at 4:00 pm in the second round.
Quadrant 4
EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah-The No. 11 Cedar Valley Aviators dismantled No. 22 Timpview 25-10 in the first round of the 5A state girls lacrosse playoffs Tuesday in Quadrant 4 play. The Aviators next visit No. 6 Maple Mountain Thursday at 4:00 pm in the second round.

5A 2nd Round
HEBER CITY, Utah-The No. 1 Wasatch Wasps blanked No. 16 Kearns 6-0 in the second round of the 5A boys soccer state playoffs Tuesday. The Wasps next host No. 9 Bountiful Friday at 4:00 pm in the state quarterfinals. This will be the final home game of the season for Wasatch.
COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, Utah-Cody Forbes scored twice and the No. 9 Bountiful RedHawks edged No. 8 Brighton 3-2 Tuesday in the second round of the 5A boys soccer state playoffs. Cody Forbes scored twice in the loss for the Bengals.
SALT LAKE CITY-Owen Nance recorded a hat trick and the No. 2 East Leopards pounded No. 15 Bonneville 7-1 in the second round of the 5A boys soccer state playoffs Tuesday. The Leopards next host No. 7 Roy Friday at 4:00 pm in the state quarterfinals.
WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah-Cooper Hatch scored and the No. 5 Hunter Wolverines edged No. 21 Taylorsville 1-0 Tuesday in the second round of the 5A boys soccer state playoffs. Hunter next visits No. 4 Alta Friday at 4:00 pm in the state quarterfinals.
ROY, Utah-Bronson Belnap scored twice and Corben Schuffenhauer also found the net as the No. 7 Roy Royals blanked No. 23 West Jordan 3-0 Tuesday in the second round of the 5A boys soccer state playoffs. Colby Frokjer and Xander Allred combined on the shutout for the Royals.
SANDY, Utah-Logan Kunz scored and the No. 4 Alta Hawks blanked No. 13 Olympus 1-0 in the second round of the 5A boys soccer state playoffs Tuesday. Thiago Moreira earned the shutout in the net for the Hawks.
BRIGHAM CITY, Utah-The No. 22 Woods Cross Wildcats ensued in their Cinderella run by outlasting No. 6 Box Elder 2 (4) – 2 (3) Tuesday in the second round of the 5A boys soccer playoffs. Sam Yost and Brayden Lloyd scored in the win for the Wildcats. Landon Lloyd had a pair of goals in defeat for the Bees.

5A First Round
COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, Utah-The No. 14 Brighton Bengals swept No. 19 Kearns 3-0 in the first round of the 5A boys volleyball playoffs Tuesday. The Bengals prevailed 25-16, 25-6, 25-23 to obtain the straight sweeps victory against the Cougars. Brighton next faces No. 3 Bountiful Thursday at 10:30 am in the second round of the state playoffs at Utah Valley University.
EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah-The No. 15 Cedar Valley Aviators soared past No. 18 Springville 3-1 Tuesday in the first round of the 5A boys volleyball playoffs. The Aviators bested the Red Devils 27-25, 25-18, 18-25, 25-21 to advance to play No. 2 Olympus Thursday at 10:30 am at Utah Valley University.
