SALEM, Utah-Mason Ward homered and the Salem Hills Skyhawks doubled up Wasatch 16-8 Thursday in Region 7 baseball play. Trig Richards netted 2 strikeouts in 2.1 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Salem Hills. Kyren Stocking drove in two runs in defeat for the Wasps. Carter Bucad, Blake Sweat, Grant Mahoney, Crew Baxter and Zach Burdette added an additional RBI apiece in the loss for Wasatch.
