Baseball

Region 9 

SPANISH FORK, Utah-Dax Bringhurst drove in three runs and the Spanish Fork Dons walloped Wasatch 11-1 Friday in Region 9 baseball play, concluding the regular season for both squads, at Spanish Fork High School.

The Dons conclude the regular season with a record of 21-4 and 13-2 in Region 9 play. The Wasps finish the regular season at 13-12 and 10-5 in Region 9 play.

The 5A baseball RPI will be revealed Wednesday. At this time, we will post the Wasps’ postseason situation on hebervalleyradio.com so look for that in coming days.

Boys Lacrosse

Region 9

SPRINGVILLE, Utah-The Wasatch Wasps routed Springville 13-1 in Region 9 boys lacrosse play Friday. The Wasps improved to 7-6 on the season and 4-0 in Region 9 play. The Wasps return to action Wednesday at 7:00 pm to host Provo at Wright-Tree Stadium as Region 9 play ensues for both squads.

Girls Lacrosse

Region 9

HEBER CITY, Utah-The Wasatch Wasps pummeled Springville 24-7 Friday in Region 9 girls lacrosse play. The Wasps improved to 8-4 and 6-0 in Region 9 play with the victory over the Red Devils. Wasatch returns to action Tuesday by hosting American Fork at Wright-Tree Stadium in a non-region tilt.
