Region 9

SALEM, Utah-Ryker Richards led the way with 12 points and the Salem Hills Skyhawks routed Wasatch 79-63 in Region 9 boys basketball play Friday. Tucker Englebright’s game-high 21 points led the Wasps in the loss.

The Wasps return to action Tuesday by hosting Provo at The Nest.

Wasatch falls to 7-14 and 2-5 in Region 9 play with the loss.

Girls Basketball

Region 9

SALEM, Utah-Chenielle Nye posted 14 points and 12 rebounds as the Salem Hills Skyhawks edged Wasatch 48-46 Friday in Region 9 girls basketball play. Chiara Serre had 17 points in the loss for the Wasps.

Wasatch falls to 6-14 and 2-5 in Region 9 play in defeat.

The Wasps return to action Tuesday by hosting Provo at The Nest.
