HEBER CITY, Utah-Bennett Averett’s 16 points led the way and the Maple Mountain Golden Eagles routed Wasatch 66-50 in Region 9 boys basketball play Friday at The Nest. Jaxton Anderson had 12 points in the loss for the Wasps.

Wasatch returns to action February 4 by visiting Salem Hills.

HEBER CITY, Utah-Sheridan Liggett netted 18 points, 9 assists and 7 rebounds and the Maple Mountain Golden Eagles waxed Wasatch 57-40 Friday at The Nest in Region 9 girls basketball play.
