SALT LAKE CITY-Luke Berryhill homered and the Sugar Land Space Cowboys doubled up Salt Lake 4-2 Wednesday at Smith’s Ballpark in Pacific Coast League play.
Eric Lauer recorded three strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Space Cowboys.
Zach Humphreys drove in a run in defeat for the Bees.
Following Wednesday’s results, the Space Cowboys improved to 37-22 while the Bees fell to 25-33.
The Space Cowboys and Bees return to action for the third game in the series Thursday at 6:35 pm at Smith’s Ballpark.
