SALT LAKE CITY-Quincy Hamilton and Shay Whitcomb each homered and the Sugar Land Space Cowboys doubled up Salt Lake 8-4 Sunday at Smith’s Ballpark in Pacific Coast League play.
Conner Greene posted two strikeouts in an inning of work to earn the win on the mound for the Space Cowboys.
Jordyn Adams and Kyren Paris homered in the loss for the Bees.
Following Sunday’s results, the Space Cowboys, who swept this series, improved to 41-22 while the Bees fell to 25-37.
The Bees return to action Tuesday at Las Vegas for a 6-game series against the Aviators. This will be an 8:05 pm opening pitch at Las Vegas Ballpark.
