SALT LAKE CITY-Marco Luciano and Christian Koss each homered and the Sacramento River Cats bested the Salt Lake Bees 11-8 Saturday at Smith’s Ballpark in Pacific Coast League play.
Tanner Andrews posted four strikeouts in two innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Sacramento.
Bryce Teodosio drove in three runs in the loss for the Bees.
Following Saturday’s results, the River Cats improved to 49-43 while the Bees fell to 40-51.
The Bees can still secure a series win with a victory Sunday at Smith’s Ballpark. Opening pitch is slated for 1:05 pm.
