Jordan Miller added 19 points and 5 rebounds on 7-13 from the field for the Clippers, who shot 50 percent for the game.
Isaiah Collier netted 20 points on 8-13 from the field in defeat for the Jazz, who ends its time at the Las Vegas Summer League at 2-2.
Max Abmas added 19 points in defeat for Utah.
