LAS VEGAS-Taylor Hendricks posted 23 points and 9 rebounds on 9-10 from the field and 3-4 from range as the Utah Jazz bested the Toronto Raptors 86-76 Wednesday at the Thomas & Mack Center during Las Vegas Summer League play.
Kyle Filipowski added 20 points and 7 rebounds on 9-16 from the field for the Jazz who shot 52 percent in the win.
Javon Freeman-Liberty’s game-high 24 points on 7-14 and 3-6 from range led the Raptors in defeat.
Former Bingham High School and University of Utah star Brendan Carlson had 7 points and 5 rebounds on 3-6 from the field in the loss for Toronto.
The Jazz returns to action Thursday at 8:00 pm at the Pavilion against the Los Angeles Clippers as Las Vegas Summer League play resumes.
