SALT LAKE CITY-Chad Wallach and Brendon Davis each homered and the Salt Lake Bees won their six-game series against Las Vegas with a 12-3 win over the Aviators Sunday at Smith’s Ballpark.

Wallach added an RBI single for the Bees, who improved to 7-5 on the season with the win, recording their second consecutive victory.

Wander Suero earned the win on the mound for Salt Lake, improving to 1-0 on the season.

Suero posted one strikeout in 1.2 innings of work for the Bees, to record the victory.

Nate Mondou, Mickey McDonald and JJ Schwarz each had RBI in defeat for the Aviators.

After taking Monday off, the Bees return to action for a six-game series Tuesday at Reno against the Aces.
