Andrew Wantz earned his first win of the season on the mound for the Bees, netting 8 strikeouts in 5.2 innings of work.
Esteury Ruiz homered in defeat for the Aviators.
Following Tuesday’s results, the Bees improved to 4-6 while the Aviators slumped to 2-7.
The Bees and Aviators return to action Wednesday at 8:05 pm at Las Vegas Ballpark as the series continues.
