LAS VEGAS-Jordan Diaz recorded an RBI single in the bottom of the 9th Inning to lift the Las Vegas Aviators to a 3-2 win over the Salt Lake Bees Thursday evening at Las Vegas Ballpark in Pacific Coast League play.
Diaz also homered in the win for the Aviators, as they improved to 34-32 on the season.
Tyler Ferguson earned the win on the mound for Las Vegas, improving to 2-2 on the season.
Chad Wallach drove in a run in the loss for the Bees, as they fell to 26-39.
The Bees and Aviators return to action Friday at 8:05 pm at Las Vegas Ballpark in the fourth game of the series.
