Utah Voters Decide Constitutional Amendments

(Salt Lake City, UT) — Utah voters are deciding two proposed constitutional amendments. Amendment A would change how proposed amendments are publicly noticed, replacing the newspaper-publication requirement with notices on government websites for 60 days. Judicial retention questions also appear statewide, including Supreme Court Justice Jill Pohlman and six Court of Appeals judges. The state voter guide contains the official language and arguments for each question.
