(Provo, UT) — A Utah judge is set to rule today on whether Tyler Robinson can go to trial on charges that he murdered Charlie Kirk. The judge must decide if prosecutors have presented enough evidence to require a trial. The preliminary hearing lasted five days, but was followed by extensive written evidence that the judge had to evaluate. Both sides will present their closing arguments today before the judge makes a ruling.
